A consultation and patch test are required before treatment can begin. Treatment suitability is assessed during your consultation based on the treatment area, skin type, medical history and treatment goals. Where treatment is not considered safe or appropriate, treatment may be declined.
A consultation deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Consultation deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
Treatment packages and courses must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any unused sessions remaining after this period will expire and cannot be extended.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being deducted from the bundle. Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the session being deducted.
Treatment intervals vary depending on the treatment provided. Laser Tattoo Removal treatments normally require a minimum interval of 6 weeks between sessions. Carbon Laser Facial and Fungal Toenail Laser treatments are scheduled at intervals recommended during your consultation based on your individual treatment plan and clinical suitability.
Results vary between individuals and depend on factors including skin type, treatment area, medical history, lifestyle factors and adherence to aftercare advice.
For Laser Tattoo Removal, results are influenced by tattoo size, colour, age, depth, location and your body's natural ability to remove fragmented ink. Whether your goal is complete removal or fading for a cover-up, a personalised treatment plan will be created during your consultation.
Carbon Laser Facial results depend on skin condition, lifestyle, sun protection and following the recommended treatment plan.
Fungal Toenail Laser Treatment supports healthy nail growth over time. Visible improvement occurs gradually as the damaged nail grows out and is replaced by healthy nail. The number of treatments required varies depending on the severity of the infection.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical and treatment information, following aftercare advice, and attending appointments with suitable skin condition for treatment.
Payments may be processed securely through Stripe. BARE by Marlese does not store or have access to your full payment-card or banking details. Payment information may be linked to your booking to record deposits, balances, refunds and completed payments.
When you book an appointment, BARE by Marlese may send booking confirmations, payment confirmations, appointment reminders, cancellation or rescheduling notifications and aftercare information where necessary to manage your treatment. These communications form part of the booking service and are not marketing communications.
Your personal data, consultation information, images, and treatment records are handled in accordance with the BARE by Marlese Privacy Policy.
